i enjoyed the individual accommodation units. the food was excellent for every meal. each meal had a great variety of options , all prepared with high quality ingredients. the restaurant offered both indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful views.

the breakfast buffet included fresh fruits and a variety of breads. i saw a pizza maestro who made pizzas , they were crispy and flavorful. the restaurant staff was attentive and dedicated to keeping standards high.

the reception staff welcomed guests with a smile. there was a waiter who was always happy , chatty and polite. the bell boys provided service , they smiled throughout the hotel.

the hotel sits right on the sandy beach and the sunbeds were free. the food offered amazing selections everyday and was very tasty. there were walking tracks for exploring the island and these had magnificent sunset views. the tui blue app kept me updated on activities .
the bar facilities seemed lacking. the house wine and spirits brands were sadly inadequate. even the fruit juices were ordinary. i think guests would pay extra for better quality.

staff helped me with luggage up the steps! the outdoor pool area was clean and maintained well. i had no trouble finding a sunbed and clean pool towels were provided daily.

the location provide beautiful views right above the pool. i stayed in a room with a balcony facing the sea. the food was tasty with great options for both food and drinks. desserts was amazing and so was the cook making pizza.
the hotel has stairs and no lift. this make moving around the hotel challenging. the receptionist didn't seem bothered that my parents door had been left wide open by the cleaner twice!

We appreciate our clean Double Room Balcony. The room features a kettle and fridge. Those were great. A Galeb Boat Tours trip took us to Lopud and Sipan. The beach has comfortable beds and umbrellas with views of the bay.
Beef and pork served were dry sometimes. Other items in the restaurant were plentiful and fresh.

Hotel staff were very hard working and friendly. Ivana assist with our arrival after a flight diversion. She helped with coordination with warmth and grace. I am thankful.

our room was supposed to have minimal stairs. i found over 50 steps. this aggravated my back problems quite a bit. the sunbeds were another issue people reserved them despite signs stating not to
