The resort features multiple pools. I particularly enjoyed the water slides and found them thrilling. The hotel provides convenient access to both pools and a fine beach. I also appreciated the variety of cuisines available. Everyone found something to enjoy at each meal.

Finding available sun loungers in shaded areas required early morning efforts.

the staff was friendly. my kids enjoyed the water slides very much. i liked the convenience of having pools, a beach, restaurants, and a spa all accessible in one location. the food was good with choices to suit everyone.

wi-fi signal was sometimes weak in certain areas of the resort.

Excellent Stay with Great Facilities

I found the variety of food to be excellent. I particularly enjoyed the main buffet, with many dishes (some were better than others, I must admit). The resort features several pools and waterslides. There's also a secluded bay with a sandy beach perfect for snorkeling.

Our room was quite a walk, being located high up on the resort. There was no buggy service available to assist with transportation. The hills made it particularly challenging with a pushchair.

The guest relations team was helpful. They checked in regularly from arrival. Staff addressed our requests in a professional manner and seemed genuinely happy to assist with various needs. I appreciate the attentive and personalized care.

wonderful Hotel stay

helpful staff sandy beach food variety

the staff was always helpful and well-organized. the location features huge pools and a long sandy beach. there was dozens of various foods, desserts, and fresh fruits available. it offers great photo opportunities.

the room cleanses and services were not like a 5 stars hotel. especially public toilets were awful with bad smell. we always get back to our rooms to use the toilet.

The family room was very large and suitable for four people. It included a safe and mini-fridge. daily refills of water bottles are provided, and air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature. The balcony offered a good view.
