an adequate stay

large pool area all-inclusive package varied food bloody pillow unavailable management team restaurant staff

the pool area was large. it was clean, and suited both relaxing and swimming. the all-inclusive package offered many food and drink options. i found choices to suit my taste.

i asked for a replacement pillow from the pillow menu. there was no management team available to discuss this. i found it inconvenient. the restaurant staff stood at the door at 13:55 and locked it when 2pm arrived.

Excellent Hotel Experience

good food quality friendly hotel staff pleasant stay

The food had plenty of variety and good quality. Drinks were always available, including ice cream and fruit. The entertainment team kept both children and adults engaged with games. The staff was friendly and helpful , especially Almedina, Vuk, and Nory.

The hotel could improve the enforcement of pool rules , especially regarding reserving sunbeds. Many sunbeds were left unoccupied for hours despite being reserved with towels. Management should implement a system to remove unattended towels after a certain time.

Facilities

9/10

The hotel provides a large , clean swimming pool that is well-kept daily , so all guests can have an enjoyable time. There are also water sports available near the hotel, providing various recreational options for those who want them.

Rooms

9/10

The room I stayed in was clean, large , and comfortable, and it included a fine view from the balcony. The staff ensures rooms are cleaned daily for a better atmosphere. A great shower was also available in the room.

dust accumulation overcrowded pool

The hotel location allowed easy access to local attractions. The proximity to the beach was acceptable.

The room cleaning was substandard I noticed dust accumulation in corners and on surfaces. The all-inclusive food options seemed repetitive and lacked variety. The pool area was often overcrowded I struggled to find available sun loungers.
