wonderful experience
nice variety amazing views
The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of choices. The gym and spa facilities were very modern (i used both every day). I particularly appreciated the large balcony with amazing views from my premium double room. Gul was very helpful.
The hotel hallways lacked air conditioning, making them feel warm.

The hotel has its own private beach area. Several restaurants are located within a short walk along the walkway below the hotel. It is easy to access Perast from the hotel.

The hotel provides easy parking, though there is a daily charge. The pools are well-kept, albeit somewhat small (i am not sure how they would be in summer). There is a walkway below the hotel providing access to restaurants.

Breakfast featured fresh juice. I found the breakfast selection to be very good. I particularly enjoyed the special indian milk tea that was offered.

The staff members were very attentive and polite. Some staff provided special requests with honor. The staff ensured a gesture from staff who left a lovely platter of fruit in our room.

empty minibar high noise
Honestly, it wasnt the experience i hoped for. the minibar was a joke. It was empty upon arrival. i had to call twice to get it stocked, a service i found slow and inattentive. plus, the noise level was high. i could hear everything from the hallway, this really disrupted my sleep.

the hotel room was spacious with a modern design. the double balconies provided great views. the walk-in closet was a nice addition.
the service felt inconsistent. staff seemed friendly but untrained. i noticed an attendant belched near me without a word when showing me my sunbed.

The hotel offered a premium double room. I enjoyed the balcony. It provided amazing views of the bay. The breakfast buffet included a fantastic array of foods. It was also complimentary.
The minibar only included a limited choice of drinks.

The location provided fine views from building 2. My room included a balcony. I found sparkling clean swimming pools with excellent views of the bay.
The beach staff seemed surly if you did not order food just drinks. Breakfast was average. Restaurant food was quite poor so I only had lunch once and decided against a return.

good location steam room good breakfast poor arrival substandard cleanliness overcrowded pool
The location was pretty good near the sea. i found the gym and steam room to be of quality. the breakfast had good choices. I was happy about it.
the arrival experience, i think it need improvement. cleanliness in room was substandard, it was not good. pool was often overcrowded with non-guests, it wasn't peacefull.
