poor insulation small pool
The annex room i occupied was not renovated. it was poorly insulated. I heard my neighbors clearly. the pool was too small for the number of guests. Securing a sunbed after 9 am was impossible.

EXCELLENT stay!
renovated hotel helpful staff beautiful beach
I found helpful staff throughout my stay. The beach is close. It is quite beautiful. The hotel was renovated, so it looks very good. I appreciated that my room had a fridge.
The food was good, but not PERFECT.

The double room sea view balcony included a seating area and a work desk, providing ample space. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Air conditioning ensured a comfortable temperature.

Breakfast included a variety of fresh fruits and pastries. Dinner had themed nights with diverse cuisines. The restaurant staff provided prompt service. Beverages were readily available at meal times.

free water misleading picture
the location was acceptable, with shops nearby.
the hotel did not provide free water with dinner. i had to pay for all drinks, it seems outrageous. also, the pictures of the room were misleading and did not reflect the room i received.

bus schedule early breakfast
The hotel offered a bus schedule for dubrovnik right in front of the building. It cost only 3 euros to the city walls.. they served breakfast at 4:30 going on early day trips.
I noticed a slight echo in the restaurant area. It made hearing conversations at the table a little difficult.
