The room was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good variety. The parking solution was also great.
The rooms are outdated. They are not well maintained. The towels really need replacement, as most of them are worn out (i noticed that with the bedsheets too).

I was charmed by the room size and the comfortable beds provided. the indoor pool was a highlight, especially with the temperature so well maintained. It made swimming very pleasant. the proximity to the airport made arrival and departure seamless. Taxi rides were short and convenient.
the breakfast area felt somewhat crowded during peak hours. it was a minor inconvenience though!

The staff provided efficient service at check-in and throughout my stay. They were consistently responsive to requests. the reception team was available 24/7, offering assistance with directions and hotel services. i found them proactive in resolving any questions i had.

the hotel has quick access to the airport, it is a short taxi ride away. major attractions are easily accessible via public transport options nearby. the location is very convenient to local amenities such as shops and restaurants.

My room included a balcony with forest views and comfortable seating. The balcony provided nice space. the room featured a well-stocked minibar and complimentary water. the beds had quality linens. I slept very well.

the room was spacious and clean i found lovely views of the nearby forests. reception staff were helpful and friendly . i appreciated the large heated indoor pool even though the outdoor pool was closed for the season.
the gym seemed old and weary i think it needs an update. the dinner quality was low especially considering the hotel rating the breakfast was acceptable. the closing entrance door to the room made a very strong sound it was disruptive.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. breakfast and dinner were excellent. a wide and varied buffet selection was available. the pool and hot tubs were solid. These features were perfect for relaxation.

Really good stay with great facilities

The breakfast had diverse food choices with both Bosnian and International options. Parking was ample and a short walk to Vrelo Bosne park. The hotel was like a self-contained city. I found an indoor playground for kids and the spa was connected to the hotel building.
I noticed the pillows were flat and not very comfortable .

The indoor pool was large and heated. The outdoor pool also seemed spacious. The fitness center had well-equipped machines and space. I saw a soft play area that required a £3 fee per session.

The hotel is very close to the airport. I observed a shopping center right next door. A pizza place and barbecue restaurant are a short walk away. Vrelo Bosne park is a quick walk.

The room was spacious with a forest view. The bed was very comfortable and large. A cot was provided that helped my baby sleep. I found a prayer mat provided.

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the front desk service amazing. I observed the cleaning staff were hard working. The hotel staff took extra money for kids.
