mixed feelings about this stay
small room size no in-room coffee
the room size was smaller than expected, especially considering i booked a standard queen. i found it challenging to comfortably move around with luggage. also, the lack of in-room coffee or tea facilities was quite disappointing. i had to go downstairs to purchase coffee each morning, it was not ideal.

The location was convenient. it allowed easy access to local attractions (i visited the nishiki markets). i found the shared kitchen a great addition. It had everything needed to make food. the shared lounge was handy for catching up with other travelers.
My room overlooked a wall so there was no view from the window (i was in the dark a lot). the housekeeping required a specific notice on the door for cleaning. Otherwise, the room wouldn't be serviced, inconvenient. there was no closet in the room, only a rail with a few hangers.

reasonable stay near shopping street
stylish design room size shopping street terrible wifi breakfast variety poor cleaning
the hotel had a stylish design , and i liked the overall aesthetic. my room was a good size , and i found the location excellent. i appreciated that the hotel was close to teramachi shopping street.
the wifi in my room was terrible , and i couldn't connect at all. the breakfast lacked variety , with too many sweets. i noticed the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly , and there were cobwebs under the bed.
