The breakfast was a HUGE letdown. options were quite limited and not very appealing. the room felt a bit cramped, especially when trying to manage luggage. THERE was barely enough space to move around comfortably.

i found the staff helpful. one of the male staff assisted with the change of my flight arrangement. nishi assisted with the refund for my stay as i needed to shorten my trip due to compassionate reasons. the assistance was very appreciated.

the rooms are new and include a massage chair. i found a strange policy that they do not make up your room after 1:30 pm. i needed to leave after 1:30 pm so i did not have my room serviced for the day.

the room had a good size with an amazing bath and shower i really enjoyed that the hotel was very close to the train station i could walk downtown easily. there were also lots of restaurants nearby , made it super convenient

i think the breakfast was beyond poor it was pretty much inedible no proper expresso machine was available. there wasn't much food available and what was there was pretty stale

The location was convenient because it was close to the main train station.

I found the room too small. One side of the bed pressed against the wall and it was hard to get out of bed. I had hardly any room for my luggage. The breakfast service was very poor and the food tasted stale.
