i found the location very convenient. it was a short walk to the historic area. the metro station was also nearby (, made getting around easy).

The bedroom and bathroom felt a little tight for three people. Opening two suitcases simultaneously was difficult.

the hotel is a short walk from the heart of the shopping center. a bus stop is also very close, providing easy access to the bamboo forest (it's definitely worth seeing!).

the hotel was clean and easy access was granted to different areas.

The provided room i booked was very small. Movement was difficult, especially with two carry-ons. the bathroom was compact. Multiple shower jets design did not meet the standard i expect. Elbow banging happened constantly. the staff was amiable up until check-out. i needed front desk assistance to reschedule a dinner reservation at check out but my request was denied right after i checked out.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll from everything. i loved the complimentary drinks from the self-service machines each night. It was like a special treat. the bed was comfy. I always had a good night's sleep. the staff also helped with sending luggage to osaka. that level of service helped so much

i liked the complimentary drinks i got, also the onsen facilities were top tier. there were lockers with keys, it helped me keep my belongings safe. luggage locks and lockers allowed me to store luggage pre check in and after check out.

the room was very small, not enough space for luggage or personal items.

lovely stay with some minor hiccups

great location record library daily drinks nice touch

I really enjoyed the location near kawaramachi street. it was very convenient to nishiki market and teramachi. i liked the record library with record players. It was a neat touch. the free daily drinks in the bar were also a bonus. it really charmed me.

the room was quite small was good, though! there was little shelving, and limited space for shoes or suitcases. arranging a medium suitcase required rearranging furniture.
