Is there a way to store my luggage before check-in?

Luggage can be stored for free up to 2 days prior to check-in. For storage starting 3 days before check-in, a fee of 600 yen per day will apply. Luggage can be dropped off during reception hours, which are from 8:00 AM to midnight.

Are late check-ins accepted, especially if I arrive later in the evening?

Check-in is available until 11:00 PM. If arriving late, there should still be plenty of time to check in after arriving at Kyoto.

Can I leave my luggage after checking out?
