Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities

I enjoyed the excellent public bath. It was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast had high quality. Freshly made items like pancakes and avocado sandwiches were really good. We appreciated the complimentary daily drink for overnight guests (sometimes with a DJ set). The hotel is within easy reach of the train station, and a short walk to the shopping district. The staff were very friendly.

I found the housekeeping service every second day disappointing. I had to go to reception to get clean towels myself. There is need for more washer and dryer machines. I had to wait hours, and other people also couldn't clean their clothes that evening.

The room had soft bed sheets, i loved them. umbrellas were provided for the rainy weather. So handy! the hotel is near kyoto station. A 20-minute walk or a quick 5-minute public transport ride. i found the onsen very new, clean, and relaxing after a long day.
