The breakfast was excellent. The japanese selections were fresh and prepped well.
I found only two washing machines in the laundry. I started trying to do my washing at 6:30 PM, and I had to visit every hour. I finally secured a machine at 11:30 PM (it was really annoying). Two machines for this many rooms is not enough.

the rooms come with frosted windows. this made the whole atmosphere a little stuffy. the attached restaurant was very poor quality..

The staff helped with luggage forwarding. It was very convenient for my trip.
The hotel only had two washing machines for many rooms. It was like a student dorm with queues. Getting more laundry machines would definitely improve the experience.

I am so happy about the cleanliness. the hotel have comfortable beds. i also appreciated the onsen. It was a relaxing way to end each day. the public bath really helped me feel well rested after walking all day!
