a lovely stay
soothing highlight convenient amenity gentle touch
the public bath was a soothing highlight , offering a serene way to unwind after exploration. the self-service amenities proved convenient , catering to every small need i had. the staff consistently displayed kindness and helpfulness.
i encountered a minor inconvenience with the limited number of washing machines in the laundry area. securing a machine required patience , a small challenge in an otherwise seamless stay.

a really great hotel!
comfortable room friendly staff public bath
i stayed in a comfortable room with good amenities and i liked the convenient laundry room on site i used it one evening. the staff were friendly and very helpful whenever i had questions. the public bath was really relaxing after long days walking around.
the location was a little tricky to find at first it is tucked away on a quiet street. more laundry machines would improve the experience, as the existing ones were busy each night.

limited machines long wait
The breakfast was excellent. The japanese selections were fresh and prepped well.
I found only two washing machines in the laundry. I started trying to do my washing at 6:30 PM, and I had to visit every hour. I finally secured a machine at 11:30 PM (it was really annoying). Two machines for this many rooms is not enough.

attentive staff calm atmosphere frosted windows poor quality
the staff were attentive and eager to assist. the calm atmosphere lifted our spirits.. the hotel was like a hidden oasis.
the rooms come with frosted windows. this made the whole atmosphere a little stuffy. the attached restaurant was very poor quality..

limited number laundry machines
The staff helped with luggage forwarding. It was very convenient for my trip.
The hotel only had two washing machines for many rooms. It reminded me of a student dorm with queues. Getting more laundry machines would definitely improve the experience.

cleanliness comfortable beds
I am so happy about the cleanliness. the hotel have comfortable beds. i also appreciated the onsen. It was a relaxing way to end each day. the public bath really helped me feel well rested after walking all day!
