the room was very clean! i stayed in a superior twin room with lounge access. the complimentary coffee and juice during the day really hit the spot. i loved the specialty desserts served in the afternoon (such a treat!).
The hotel lacked face towels. I only found body and hand towels. there was no bell service, and i had to carry heavy luggage myself. i found no one told me about the available services when i checked in, sadly.

the staff are so nice and the hotel is very clean. i loved the complimentary drinks and desserts each afternoon. it was like a treat and i looked forward to it after a long day. the onsen style baths were also really nice and relaxing, a great way to unwind.
the breakfast wasn't great. there was a sign up saying not to come between 9 and 10. i feel like this should be managed better. also, our room didnt have a window. that was disappointing and not made clear when i booked.

Acceptable Hotel, Disappointing Aspects

convenient locationcramped roompoor view
The location was convenient, close to the subway.
The room I received felt cramped. It didn't resemble the room I had booked. The view faced another building. The lounge access didn't offer breakfast, and morning coffee would have been nice.
