I was so happy with the central location of this hotel. It made exploring the city so easy. The staff was genuinely helpful, especially Judy at the reception. She provided great recommendations and directions when i asked. The breakfast selection had so many options, a delicious start to each day. The tour bus stops right in front were amazingly convenient for sightseeing.
I found that the air conditioning was a little noisy at night, which slightly disrupted my sleep. It was a minor inconvenience but still noticeable.

the room was spacious and clean, i must say. It had modern amenities that worked perfectly. The cleaning lady on the 11th floor, Ms. Xie, deserves special recognition for her thoroughness and attention to detail.

The breakfast offered a very large variety of choices, something for every taste. It was amazing! The Western buffet options were fresh and well-prepared. I loved that everything was constantly being replenished to maintain its quality.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. I was in the center of it all! It is near People's Square and Nanjing Pedestrian Street. This location offers easy access to shops and museums.

Selina at the lobby bar REALLY helped me refresh my Chinese. She found a place for services I needed near the hotel. The location is GREAT for metro travel and walking around. I also had enough tea and coffee, thanks to the housekeeping.
