The staff demonstrated excellent english proficiency. the room included a separate dressing area. a huge bathroom featured le labo amenities, just amazing. the location was superb. I found myself near the bund and nanjing east shopping street!

The air conditioning felt a bit off. Even on the lowest setting, the room remained a tad too warm for my liking.

Breakfast had a great range of international options. It met every possible food preference, which i loved. the quality of the food tasted superb, it seemed a bit better than other hotels. the service was amazingly professional!!!

The hotel has heritage tours. These make the history come alive. i also found quiet nooks all over the hotel to unwind. the gym was great. the pool area was also very clean and spacious, perfect for a relaxing swim.

The hotel's free tour was a real highlight for me. The guides, hebe, lear, and vivi, were great! they provided warm hospitality and wonderful explanations. The location is fantastic! i appreciated the attentive staff who seemed to anticipate my needs. i got an upgrade to a suite and i really recommend doing the same! the breakfast was delicious each day.

My room faced an inner courtyard, so the view wasn't great. I pretty much kept the curtains closed the whole time! it would have been nice to have a better outlook.

I appreciated the location on nanjing road as it was great for shopping. i found it convenient to explore nearby attractions from there. the staff was always available to assist quickly. The room was spacious, including le labo bath products. it all reflected the hotel's high standard.

The air conditioning seemed slightly off. The room felt a little warm at times even on the lowest setting.
