Really good Experience in Central Location

prime location pink cab indoor pool

The location is central with great access to dining. The hotel includes a pink cab service for destinations within five kilometers. I especially appreciated the gym, pool, and sauna available on the premises.

The room thermostat was difficult to control, resulting in a temperature of 28°C.

cigarette smoke uncontrollable thermostat

The breakfast buffet was tasty and a nice way to start the day.

My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon arrival and throughout the night. An air purifier mitigated the issue only the following day. The thermostat became uncontrollable, and the temperature reached 28°C (this made the room quite uncomfortable). An apology alone was insufficient. Active restoration of comfort was needed.

Really good Experience!

central location perfect service large room custom soup

The location provides fantastic access to the exciting Xintiandi area. I found the service perfect! The staff offered unwavering kindness and proved helpful. The rooms are very large! The bathrooms were particularly enjoyable! The breakfast presented custom vegetarian soup and vegan milks, so yummy!

The pool's temporary closure for refurbishment created slight disappointment. I had really been hoping for a swim!
