underwhelming experience

untrained staff unclean club

the service wasn't great, especially at breakfast. it was like a factory canteen with no attention to detail. i had to ask for everything. A bowl for cereal, milk, and salad. nothing was refilled promptly. also, the staff seemed undertrained and uninterested. the club area was not clean, surprising for a hyatt hotel.

underground access helpful staff separate shower

the location offered direct underground access to metro lines this made getting around easy and convenient the service was efficient with helpful staff available at all times the room featured a full size bathroom including a separate bath and shower.

the wifi signal strength was sometimes inconsistent within the room
