Charming Countryside Escape

My wedding went SO well thanks to the lovely team there. They handled everything beautifully. The venue offered gorgeous rooms and superb food, AND the staff were amazingly kind. I especially remember Nicola and Liam as they helped me a lot.

I noticed cobwebs on the wall in the room, near the bed, a bit of a shame. I HOPE they improve their cleaning practices.

Really good Dining and Comfortable Stay

The staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Cosy lounges with log fires offered a space for relaxation. The bar area was stocked well , and added to the home-from-home atmosphere I felt .

Shower pressure was a bit weak , which was only a minor inconvenience.

Every dish I tried on the menu was superb , from the venison to the monkfish. The venison was so good, I had it twice. The wine list was also extensive , complementing the meal perfectly.
