amazing experience

the staff were very great. i cannot thank them enough for their service. the room was clean it was beautifully decorated. pure white soft towels and a great en suite bathroom are provided.
the walk into the city is a little long. it is a 40-minute walk into the city centre. i would prefer a closer location.

generous portiontasty meats
The staff were cute. They seemed eager to assist with any request. The food was AMAZING!!! I specifically enjoyed generous portions of the steak and ale pie. It practically melted in my mouth. Breakfast was also a standout feature, boasting locally sourced meats and eggs.
I noticed a very slight draught from under the window in the bathroom.

the room was LOVELY and warm I liked that. The bed was very comfortable I slept well. Breakfast was excellent it was a good start to the day.
the residents entrance needed some work i thought. it did not give a good first impression. our room was quite dark and it had cobwebs. i thought it was furnished with old items.

i found the staff to be friendly. the location was great, with convenient bus routes. parking was also easy. i liked the good variety of drinks available.
the room was quite dark, which i didn't prefer. also, the tv didn't work one evening, a bit disappointing. i found walking to the bar area from our room in the rain less than ideal
