Acceptable Stay with Noise Issues

The opaque glass on ALL the windows was a DISAPPOINTMENT. Black mould was present in the shower. This NEEDS immediate attention. The pub noise was EXCESSIVE. Music continued until nearly 2:00 AM. I was informed the music would cease around 11:00 PM, but this did not happen. The noise from departing patrons further disrupted my sleep.
