convenient location helpful staff clean room stiff door insufficient milk small bathroom

the location was quite convenient. i found it easy to access nearby attractions. the staff were approachable and helpful with directions. my room was clean upon arrival.

the shower door was stiff and difficult to manage. the provided milk was insufficient for my needs. the bathroom was a bit small for my preference.

the staff were cute upon arrival and helpful throughout my stay

my room faced the front and i experienced significant noise from the nearby pub late into the night i found it difficult to sleep soundly because of the disturbance i would request a room away from the front next time

Excellent Stay Near the Promenade

The room was large and very clean. The ensuite was quite spacious. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I was kinda surprised by the overall condition and size of the room for the price.

Finding a parking space took some time as there are limited spaces available.

The location was perfect, right next to both a lively pub and a good cafe (i especially liked the cafe's pastries). i found the staff helpful. They readily offered suggestions for local dining and entertainment options. the room i stayed in was lovely, and nothing was too much trouble for the team at the front desk. vince always tries to accommodate requests.

the small stairs and corridors made navigating with luggage slightly challenging.
