comfy bed easy bus furnished room

The room was nicely furnished! The bed was comfy. I slept like a log. The bus stop outside the car park made getting to the city center super easy!!!

I found that there were no provisions for storing clothing. There was no dresser or closet.

Excellent Stay Near Edinburgh

We stayed in a Family Room. This room included a king-sized bed and a sofa bed. I found the room very spacious. Everything looked modern, and the decor was well-kept. There was ample parking available (it was never difficult to find a spot).

The lift button required two presses before it activated.

The staff was both efficient and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. I noted the staff was knowledgeable about the bus routes to Edinburgh city center. They provided prompt and helpful service at all times (which I appreciated).

clothing storage blocked sink

i found the lack of storage for clothing a problem. there was no dresser or closet at all. the nightstands were just three-legged stools. also, the bathroom sink was blocked upon arrival, and it took two days for them to sort it out.

The family room had great space and was very big. The hotel was modern and clean. I had fresh towels each day. I also found good food available next door.

I had an issue with a shower. It was very mouldy and the grouting needed changing.

The gentleman on reception was cute and helpful. A reception employee fixed the air conditioning in my room. Staff gave advice and assistance upon request to all guests.

the restaurant offered good food there.

the air conditioning was broken and the windows did not open this made the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy there was no solution offered by staff the lack of air negatively impacted my sleep.
