charming stay!

sea view complimentary wine

breakfast did include many choices and tasted delicious. my premier sea view did boast lovely decor and comfortable bedding. the complimentary wine on arrival was a nice touch. orange juice for the little ones.

my room felt quite smaller than expected. i wished i had known about that, especially on the top floor. the bed also seemed a bit small for a double.

the team at the hotel were really warm and friendly, i found them very cute. they put effort into making sure all guests feel cared for, something i really appreciate. all the staff are very helpful.

the hotel is located near the park, an amazing space for relaxation. i liked the views across the bay and toward the harbor. the castle. it is also only a short walk to nearby shops.

superb view car parking dated room tatty furniture

the room had a superb view of the south bay. car parking was available outside. the whole immediate area is very peaceful.

the room was very dated and not pleasant on the eye. the furniture looked tatty and drab.

wide choice attentive staff peaceful location

the breakfast offered a wide choice and the presentation was excellent. the staff were attentive. the location was peaceful, south cliff gardens are right opposite. the italian gardens were perfect for dog walks.

the stairs may present a challenge with mobility issues.

faulty door lock small room

the breakfast was acceptable and quite filling.

The room was smaller than expected. It felt cramped. the door lock was faulty when i arrived and i felt blamed. it got fixed, but the initial experience was frustrating.

Really good Stay with a View!

sea view useful fan super clean room hot breakfast

The Premier Sea View room included a fridge, kettle, and hairdryer. I found a fan in the room, useful as it was warm. Also the room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered many choices. I enjoyed the hot breakfast both mornings.

The rainfall shower was not my personal preference, but there was plenty of hot water.

The staff provided a warm welcome and were helpful throughout my stay. The team offered alternatives to the menu. I really felt that nothing was too much trouble for them, it was very considerate.
