my room was located at the rear of the building so it was quiet. it included plenty of space for hanging clothes and storing items in drawers. the breakfast was expertly cooked and presented well. it was also very tasty.

the front driveway needs a little tlc. the bench slats are broken so it is not usable.

the location was convenient for the cricket club and town centre. jo was helpful both before and . i found great value for money.

the front driveway was a bit shabby. a bench had broken slats making it unusable.

Breakfast had great choices of cereals. I also had toast and yoghurts. the breakfast provided a great base for exploring the surrounding area. I will be back.

The front driveway was rather shabby. bench slats were broken. I could not sit on the outside seat.
