i found the location convenient near the promenade. the cooked breakfast included a variety of options and tasted wonderful. the host was very friendly and helpful.
the coffee and tea provisions in the room were slightly insufficient.

The location is great. A short walk took me to the pier. ray arranged parking, which i found really helpful. my kids liked the bunk beds. it was convenient to have everything so close.
