The receptionist was very helpful to me. My room was excellent, also very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, including tea and coffee making facilities.

I could hear noise from the occupant next door. The walls seemed very thin.

The room was quite nice. It included a large flat screen theater. there was movie sound and access to streaming services. the staff were quite helpful on arrival and departure, always ready to assist with a smile.

The kettle needed replacement. I advised reception about this small detail.

The breakfast was quite ample with many options.

The hallway carpets were appalling (i swear!). I have never seen a carpet so dirty. Its odor was overpowering. Plus, the area around the hotel seemed desolate, with numerous businesses closed, and a general lack of nearby facilities.
