helpful receptionist coffee facilities

The receptionist was very helpful to me. My room was excellent, also very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, including tea and coffee making facilities.

I could hear noise from the occupant next door. The walls seemed very thin.

The room was quite nice. It included a large flat screen theater. there was movie sound and access to streaming services. the staff were quite helpful on arrival and departure, always ready to assist with a smile.

The kettle needed replacement. I advised reception about this small detail.

The hotel provides free parking which is quite useful (especially if you have a car). the location is ideal. It is just a short walk to various shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

Mixed feelings about this hotel

dirty carpet lack of facilities

The breakfast was quite ample with many options.

The hallway carpets were appalling (i swear!). I have never seen a carpet so dirty. Its odor was overpowering. Plus, the area around the hotel seemed desolate, with numerous businesses closed, and a general lack of nearby facilities.
