the location was excellent right in the heart of everything i booked a budget double room and it was quite clean staff were very friendly and helpful.
the building does show its age a little in places

great location delicious food
The location is amazing for exploring the town. I even sat with the owner for a drink. lunch and dinner were both delicious (i loved the steak pie!).

this hotel is situated right in the middle of town, perfect for walking around. it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. i found it easy to access everything i needed.

the hotel bar had a good selection of drinks available, i really enjoyed it. there is parking available at the rear of the hotel. this was very handy for me (since i had a canoe on the car!).

dog friendly huge rooms comfy beds
this place is really dog friendly! the rooms are huge, and they are so clean. the water pressure rocks! i loved that the beds felt comfy too. a short walking break here is perfect! i will definitely come back!
the veggies with the steak pie weren't anything special.

friendly staff rear parking central location
The staff welcomed us warmly from arrival. They secured a parking spot at the rear, very useful since we had equipment on the car. The location is perfect for walks around the town.
The room showed age, and some unevenness in the floors was noticeable.

The hotel had a very central location with many shops located outside. Staff helped explain the best routes to bus stops. The room felt clean.
I found the breakfast a bit overcooked.
