A good place to stay
helpful staff cleanliness great view wine glass unstaffed desk concierge service
The staff was nice and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. A great view was available from my balcony.
I found no wine glasses in the room. The front desk was often unstaffed. It would be great to have more concierge service instead of sending people to the visitor center

Romantic getaway, beyond expectations
clean bedrooms easy center access nice breakfast luggage storage
The bedrooms were SO clean. It was easy to reach the center. Breakfast included NICE options. The staff assisted with luggage storage for transfer to our next destination, I appreciated that service.
The bathroom was a bit old.

The staff was friendly and helpful with hiking recommendations. They really were pretty good with their help. I felt very welcomed and cared for throughout the entire stay.

The restaurant downstairs offered drinks and nibbles, a convenient feature. Free parking was available onsite which was a major bonus. I was able to secure my car during my holiday without any extra costs.

equipped room fantastic dinner thin wall easy hearing
the room was well-equipped. i appreciated the fantastic dinner available at the restaurant (especially the pasta!).
the room walls seemed a bit thin. i could hear the neighbors quite easily, especially early in the morning.

Acceptable Stay with a Breakfast BUMMER
awkward atmosphere breakfast
The room was acceptably clean upon arrival, which i suppose is the bare minimum these days.
The breakfast setup was... strange. A staff member stood guard at the buffet and portioned out every item. I reminded me of a toddler being fed against my will. This system created an awkward atmosphere.
