the breakfast was acceptable. it had several options to choose from.

the room temperature was not easy to regulate. i bought wine at the bar , it took a long time for service. the manager was more focused on socializing with other guests.

The bobsleigh track was easily accessible from the location which was ideal. The room was spacious and clean. The bus stop was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. This made getting around easy.

The gym had some equipment missing, including free weights and a bench, disappointing. The internet service cut out regularly. This. The shower drain was clogged, and the shower wasn't draining properly.

The hotel has a REALLY NICE indoor pool that I used after skiing. the sauna also felt great after a long day. It included a relaxing lounge area. my room had AMAZING mountain views, i felt so relaxed there
