the room view was very nice. it featured mountain views from the windows, our room located on a higher floor. the breakfast offered a good selection with attentive staff. it made for A lovely start each day.

the gym equipment needs update. i noticed the treadmill screen flickered. it made monitoring my workout difficult.

a mixed stay with some disappointments

limited choice poor wifi

The breakfast was a very weak point. the options for vegetarians were limited and not very appealing. the high bathtub was also difficult and unsafe to get out of. I was concerned about slipping. also. The wifi was quite poor. it kept disconnecting and was slow when it did work.

central location professional staff mountain view comfortable bed

the hotel enjoys a central location , made city exploration easy. staff members were both cute and professional. i found the beautiful mountain view room on the thirteenth floor lived up to expectations. the view of the surrounding mountains was a highlight. the modern decor felt understated but comfortable and i was glad i had a large, comfortable bed.

the bathroom door was made of glass and lacked a lock (it wasn't very practical).

the room had a spacious layout and was perfectly clean when i arrived. it featured a king-sized bed with soft bedding and plump pillows, offering a restful sleeping experience. large windows offered fantastic views of the surrounding landscape.

mountain view easy check-in minimal shampoo inadequate housekeeping

the 10th-floor room provided nice mountain views. our check-in was easy and the staff were quite cute.

the amount of shower gel and shampoo provided was minimal. housekeeping should ensure these are topped up during cleaning.
