the hotel was clean and quiet i appreciated the reliable wifi and delicious breakfast the shower provided a great experience the staff was helpful and courteous i found their assistance invaluable. the location was perfect for exploring the city i was close to everything i wanted to see the room size was great i found it very comfortable. the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and i could order hot food cooked fresh the hotel provided an upgrade i enjoyed the spacious room. the staff was friendly and informative

the heated towel rail was cold upon arrival i reported the issue i was told the hotel heating was off due to hot weather

the location was great. it was close to everything.

i stayed on the second floor, directly below the rooftop restaurant. the noise made it impossible to sleep until the restaurant closed, around midnight. before 6 a.m., staff were moving chairs and tables, preparing for breakfast it woke me up again.

The staff was lovely and helpful . i liked the balcony i had. It provided a beautiful view. i found it very relaxing to spend time there. the breakfast was also quite good.

the bathroom layout was not ideal. it felt a bit cramped and impractical, especially the toilet cubicle. the towel rail did not work when i arrived. it was only turned to a lukewarm setting after i complained a second time.
