The location was very convenient, close to the city center and main transport links. The staff welcomed me warmly and offered helpful advice about local attractions. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room.. it was also quite spacious. Leaving my luggage after checkout was easy, providing added convenience before my departure.

The selection of toiletries available in the bathroom was quite minimal.

convenient location clean hotel quiet atmosphere helpful staff

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to the main shopping center and the u-bahn station for exploring the city. the hotel was very clean and surprisingly quiet. reception staff were helpful and always available to answer my questions.

the tv in my room didn't work, and it wasn't fixed promptly after i reported it (i eventually had to change rooms).

Although i didn't dine extensively, the breakfast area looked well-stocked with sufficient choices to start the day. I noted fresh pastries and a variety of hot items available each morning (the coffee machine worked well).

The reception staff consistently offered assistance, answering questions about local transport and nearby attractions. They were patient and readily available, even during peak hours, to address any concerns i raised .

The hotel is near several u-bahn and s-bahn stops, made getting around simple. I was able to reach marienplatz in about 10 minutes by foot and explore various parts of the city with ease.

I found the room spacious. the room was super clean, a real plus. i especially liked the big shower room. It was the best! staff members are helpful and friendly.

the operating hours for the first cup cafe were incorrect. i found it was never open.
