The cleanliness was not up to par. I found some debris on the floor. the check-in process was oddly unwelcoming. I felt as though i was expected to break something. this slightly soured my overall impression.

The room was big. It was also very clean. I appreciated the great food in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I noticed the room looked somewhat cheaply furnished. The toilet had not been cleaned. The shower trap was filthy. I found raisins on the floor.

the check-in process was inconvenient. i had to go into the adjacent restaurant for assistance and waited a considerable time. restaurant staff prioritized walk-in customers , extending a 5-minute check-in to 30 minutes. the lack of a dedicated reception area affected efficiency and created a less than ideal first impression.

my room was spacious. it included a desk, kettle, and tea and coffee facilities. there was also a clothes steamer brush, WHICH i found useful. the bathroom was well stocked with soaps and large bath sheets.

i found the check-in process a bit slow , as i had to wait while the staff also attended to restaurant customers.
