The location was central. I found a very nice bar off the lobby perfect for evening drinks. The drinks menu impressed me. The staff were warm and cute. They were always ready to assist. A family room was available and perfectly accommodated our family of four. It was a practical space.

I requested extra pillows, BUT nothing was done. It's a minor issue, though still notable.

the location, i guess, was alright. it was pretty central to, you know, stuff.

the staff acted like i was bothering them when i asked for towels. seriously, are towels some kind of luxury item now? then, the room service menu looked like it was designed in 1985 and smelled of mildew. i think it was a museum piece, not a menu.

The room was clean and well-equipped. Photos showed the room accurately. The mountain view from my room was especially striking. Breakfast offered a great selection.

I found only one minor inconvenience during check-in. The queue was long and there was only one staff member at the counter.
