I found the location very convenient for accessing the river walks. The hotel offered both surface and underground parking options. I appreciated having a coffee machine and a kettle right in the room.
The room service was inconsistent . I sometimes found basic trash removal was missed.

The location is perfect. Everything is within easy reach. i found the underground garage very convenient. check-in and check-out were quick. the room was clean and well-organized. it even had an amazing mountain view.
The welcome felt a bit dull. There wasn't much service. requests for basic coffee or creamer weren't met. it seemed like the staff was limited. The quality of engagement wasn't great. the individual room air conditioner didn't work well.
