the room was modern and clean with a comfy bed. i appreciated the free parking at the hotel, it proved very convenient. the onsite restaurant offered tasty pizzas. a complimentary water offer at checkout was a nice touch, i thought.

i found the bar staff to be a bit hurried and not overly friendly.

The location was convenient , with easy access to the city center.

The room was not up to expectations , and the air conditioning was VERY noisy. It was turned off centrally at night , which was not ideal because it got pretty hot. The experience at the hotel restaurant was not good either.

The air conditioning was definitely lacking. it struggled to keep the room cool, and that was really noticeable, especially during the warmer hours. plus, there wasn't a phone in the room. It made contacting reception a bit of a hassle, i had to go downstairs for every little thing. it was inconvenient.

The room was very clean when I arrived. I also appreciated the secure parking area with well-organized spaces. It gave me peace of mind about my car's safety. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was very visible. The staff made sure I felt welcome.

The mountain view was partially obstructed by buildings.
