unnecessary hassle arrival process

the breakfast buffet was above average for eu standards..

i found loading my bags on a cart and wheeling it myself to the room frustrating. i think this should be communicated to guests, especially the elderly or those with kids needing the toilet at night. it wasn't ideal and added unnecessary hassle to the arrival process.

The breakfast was good.

The pool was really small. I was disappointed as I wanted to take a swim. It's an old-fashioned hotel, and I think it needs a design update soon.
