The panoramic room had large windows with a marvelous view. The bedding was high quality, I enjoyed restful sleep. Reception offered a helpful drinking water tap. That allowed me to refill my bottles.

I found the air conditioning a bit weak. The room felt warm.

amazing!

convenient location amazing views friendly staff

I found the location super convenient, especially since it's so close to the central station. the views were seriously amazing, mountains are magnificent! the staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke english, a huge plus. the parking garage being directly under the hotel was also convenient for me.

the air conditioning system was a bit weak, it felt warm during the day. i hope they can improve this minor issue

the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which i totally appreciate. many staff members are fluent in multiple languages, this ensures clear communication . i found the service to be prompt and efficient.

fine view spacious room difficult access poor soundproofing

the views from the room were fine (i could see everything!). i appreciated the clean spacious room. it was perfect.

i found the access by car difficult. it was hard to find the hotel entrance initially. also, soundproofing was not good as i could hear other guests in the corridor.
