The location was central and convenient, close to the tower.

The room code I got initially opened a room with someone else's belongings inside. I called and reported it, but the refund that was offered never materialized despite several attempts to contact them later.

The location ROCKS. It's so central! I loved the cheap parking. The room was also really comfortable (I slept LIKE a baby).

The experience was not great. I booked for several nights but only stayed one. I noticed tape on the front window. That was worrying. I saw stains on the walls. The bathroom had urine stains and other fluids.

i had booked parking in advance. the hotel stated parking was first come, first served. upon arrival, two cars occupied the spots i had paid for. the receptionist offered a refund after a guest failed to move their car. i was then directed to a public car park. this cost more than the original parking fee which defeated the purpose of reserving parking.

the location was ideal for walking to all the main attractions! we also received our door codes well before arrival, made everything so smooth. the room had everything we needed, including extra tea and coffee, a super nice touch!!!

the stairs were a bit narrow, and the stair carpet looked a little frayed. this didn't affect our stay much, but it was the first thing i noticed upon arrival.

The location was VERY convenient. It was near many attractions. The staff resolved issues quickly and efficiently. I appreciate their responsiveness.

My room lacked basic amenities, there was NO wardrobe. I also noticed there were no coat hangers. I had to leave my coat on the floor. This was inconvenient and quite annoying. I THINK it needs fixing.
