satisfied with the stay
clean roomcomfortable bedskettle problembathroom fault
i stayed this weekend. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the staff were great and the breakfast was nice.
the kettle would not automatically turn off. there were some bathroom faults like the cold water tap would not turn off and the toilet cistern was not fastened to the wall

Staff fixed my granddaughter's door lock quickly. I really appreciated that. Beds were very comfortable, and we all had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The bar area was a nice bonus.
I was disappointed by the noise. People were very loud outside our room at 7 a.m. There was also banging from the room above. At 8:30 a.m., someone, maybe a cleaner, unlocked our door while we were still in bed. They just said they would return later. I didn't get an apology.
