The staff was so friendly and helpful! the three course meal was really good. I especially enjoyed the evening entertainment. the singer was great, too! honestly, the whole experience was fantastic, and it did me the world of good.

The location is SUPERB! it's so close to everything. breakfast was good. i found it to be great value for money. plus, the staff were friendly and helpful. It. i loved it!!!
the room door rattled in its frame, a bit annoying at night. i had to put a chair against the door to stop it. this needs some attention, but didn't spoil my stay.

lovely managersafe feeling
the chris, hotel manager, was lovely. i felt very welcome. i felt safe as i was on my own. the bar and restaurant were convenient because i did not feel like going out.

The hotel is very convenient. it has an excellent location, being only a minute's walk from the promenade. i found the tram stop just a couple of minutes away. Everything i needed was within a short walk.

The hotel has a large lounge. it has ample seating for everyone during entertainment and bingo. i thought the bar was well stocked. The staff did a wonderful job keeping everyone refreshed, which i think is AMAZING!!!

the breakfast had plenty of choice and the evening meal was also very good room 207 had a really comfy bed there was also tea coffee and milk provided with extras at reception the room and bathroom were very clean
the entertainment was good but bingo was also played each night so there was less variety

The friendly staff greeted me warmly at reception. The room had everything needed, including a great shower. The drinks package offered excellent value.
I noticed that the communal ladies' toilets were out of order and there was a queue for the one disabled toilet. It also lacked hand wash and a working hand dryer which was a bit inconvenient.
