Service Issues Detracted from the Experience
useless intercomservice lapses
The in-house intercom was quite useless. It rang and rang, yet nobody seemed inclined to answer it. the half-board plan created confusion. I feel this detail should be shared with the restaurant when guests check in. Instead, I had to wait for the front office to sort it out. This level of service is not what I expected.

The staff are attentive to my needs and ensure a seamless experience. i especially liked the breakfast. It featured many options. the sincerity with which the front desk staff welcomes guests creates a homely feel.
i found that the food on the buffet could use some improvements.

the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. my luggage reached my room promptly. i found the in-room dining menu extensive. the runway view from my room was superb (a real treat for an aviation enthusiast like me).
the gym could benefit from having slightly newer equipment.
