the hotel had well-kept gardens and it was very clean.
I didn't like the waiting staff at the pool, they rarely smiled. they didn't ask if i wanted a drink either, i had to go to the bar myself. the hotel should train its staff better. This is supposed to be a 5-star resort.

this hotel is beautifully maintained. the kids area has daily activities and friendly staff. the premises was super clean, i noticed. the staff were courteous, i saw aseem and rajesh from the horticulture department be amazing with their skills.
the waiting time for buggies was a minus, i felt. sometimes it took a while to get around the large hotel.

the chefs regularly checked in, i noticed. naveen kumar and indra and the team provided great care and attention. chef ganesh and chef kamal made food according to individual taste.

the hotel sits right on a stretch of beach. there are a long list of activities including golf, cycling and water sports at the beach. lawns are nicely maintained, i could see.

I stayed in a Villa Room Garden View King Bed. The room included two separate sinks, and a rainfall shower. I enjoyed the open and well-kept grounds, Chandramni helped sort out sun beds. but the view was amazing!
The staff did not notice a dog having a quick pee against a restaurant wall.

The hotel had a wonderful garden. It was great for walking. Service was excellent and the choice of restaurants was good. My experience at the spa center was one of the best! I had full Ayurvedic treatments executed by qualified professionals.
The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, and it did not reflect the quality expected. I had to ask several times for cutlery, water, or a clean table at multiple meals. Some staff members displayed an arrogant attitude.

the food at the restaurant was good.
serious flaws existed in housekeeping. i requested towels and slippers late at night, but the person arrived after 45 minutes. they also didn't bring all the amenities requested. i found this unacceptable.
