wonderful moments!

clean rooms breakfast variety helpful hosts

deb and myra did an amazing job. i especially appreciated the clean and fresh rooms we booked, each a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including live counters that catered to both vegetarian and eggetarian preferences.

the hair dryer in the room did not function optimally, but this was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was super helpful. Mr debabrata always assisted us! he. the restaurant staff are very courteous and obliging. They always have a smile. ms. maira, the guest relations manager, was very caring and graciously helpful. she helped organize taxis.

The rooms seemed old and unkempt. I wish it was better. the food was not great, and i felt let down. the rooms were not that comfortable for a long stay of four nights!

the staff was very courteous and attentive i appreciated debabrata and maira they were very helpful throughout my stay i could ask any question location of the hotel was excellent. i found the buffet breakfast amazing it included plenty of choice the pool area was very clean i saw the attendants were great the shower in my room was very powerful i liked that the room was spacious

the staff was attentive and quick to help with any requests. my room was clean and had daily housekeeping. in-room dining service was also good. i also really liked that they have a swimming pool.

a minor inconvenience was that i noticed the breakfast selection could use a few more options.
