The staff was friendly and helpful .

The room I received was not up to par. There was a noticeable musty odor in the bathroom, and the air conditioning unit leaked water when set to a comfortable temperature (I tried setting it to 24C). The noise was a constant irritation. It reminded me of money wasted.

deb and myra did an amazing job. i especially appreciated the clean and fresh rooms we booked, each a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including live counters that catered to both vegetarian and eggetarian preferences.

the hair dryer in the room did not function optimally, but this was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was super helpful. Mr debabrata always assisted us! he. the restaurant staff are very courteous and obliging. They always have a smile. ms. maira, the guest relations manager, was very caring and graciously helpful. she helped organize taxis.

The rooms seemed old and unkempt. I wish it was better. the food was not great, and i felt let down. the rooms were not that comfortable for a long stay of four nights!
