supportive staff clean pool well maintained beach easy access

staff was supportive and friendly especially in dining areas they accommodated requests with smiles i appreciated the clean pool and the well maintained beach providing a relaxing environment the premises included a golf course and offered various activities for both children and adults the room i had featured easy access to all resort amenities providing a secure and comfortable experience

service speed was slow particularly in restaurants needing to ask multiple times for items like water

room stains chaotic breakfast

the room cleanliness was substandard i observed stains on the curtains and bed linen this was unacceptable at a hotel of this supposed caliber also the in-room dining experience was disappointing my order was incorrectly fulfilled and the staff did not seem to take my complaint seriously this lack of attention to detail significantly impacted my overall satisfaction the breakfast service was chaotic with understaffing and long queues.

clean pools maintained gardens attentive staff

I appreciated the attention given to landscaping, as the gardens were well maintained. The walk to the sea was brief! I found the pools clean. Staff were present, and they provided towels.

The soundproofing was inadequate.
