My room had a nice balcony. It provided a relaxing space. The hotel gardens are lush and well kept. I saw staff constantly working. The pathways were clean. The architecture was elegant. I found the hotel a serene retreat after exploring the area.

I had a slight delay during check-in. I had to wait briefly before my room was ready.
