excellent service clean room super clean area delicious food
I enjoyed the excellent service from all staff members. The rooms were well-kept, and I appreciated how clean everything was. The pool area was also super clean. I found the food to be delicious. Breakfast had a great variety.
The shower water pressure could have been better. It was sometimes inconsistent.

efficient staff comfortable rooms food choices
The staff was efficient I encountered No issues at all. Rooms were clean. Everything was really comfortable. i enjoyed the food It felt traditional With a buffet and a menu for evenings I appreciated choices like burgers.

Comfortable stay with attentive service
attentive service clean room helpful staff
The service from the housekeeping team was particularly attentive. The team kept my room clean and tidy daily. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff throughout the hotel.

The restaurant food was amazing and the bar served delicious chicken salad, great (especially with the happy hour deals!). Breakfast included a good selection of fresh fruit and the live egg counter was efficient.

The room was well-kept with comfy beds. The hotel provided great toiletries too. I also want to mention that room service was available, which I found very helpful .

i MUST say the staff was so friendly and helpful. breakfast was delicious with a great variety. the rooms were spacious and clean.
the gym equipment could use a little updating, though it was functional.

my room had air conditioning and a ceiling fan, so the temperature was always comfortable and i really appreciated the in-room safe and mini-fridge, as well as the complimentary toiletries provided each day of my stay.

The hotel sits near several shops and restaurants and this made exploring convenient. I found the distance to the beach manageable on foot. there is easy access to taxis right outside the hotel entrance if needed.

rocking stay!
friendly staff super clean room excellent cleaning
the staff was friendly and helpful, especially tulshi from housekeeping (she was amazing!). she ensured our room was always super clean and comfortable. i really appreciated her attentiveness and the excellent cleaning services provided . everything was perfectly maintained, and i felt very comfortable during my trip.
the pool water sometimes looked a little cloudy, impacting visibility.

Housekeeping is thorough and timely. Tulshi provided excellent service. the staff generally respond quickly and are very accommodating. the hotel also has an ambassador who answers questions.

dangerous facilities missing cap
I found the pool facilities inadequate. there were no handrails available to help elderly or disabled guests enter the pool. This made it dangerous. also, the suction pump near the bar lacked a cap. i find these oversights unacceptable.
