The resort's facilities impressed me. The hotel is well kept. lush greenery and a cute ambiance add to the appeal. the staff are consistently courteous. They are helpful and eager to assist. easy beach access is a plus. A short stroll or a caddy ride takes you to the beautiful beach. the beach is relatively uncrowded, it allows for effortless enjoyment of goa's coastline.

the cleaning station was outside my bungalow every day. the metal doors of the cleaning carts banged each morning. it woke me up early and often.

I appreciated the staff service throughout my stay. i also particularly enjoyed the food at the upper deck restaurant. The chefs were attentive to my needs. it.

the hotel did not provide references for reliable water sports companies. this meant i needed to find them myself. getting recommendations from the hotel provides better peace of mind.

old furniture slow service

the room upkeep was not good. i booked a premium room but the patio furniture was old. service was quite slow. it took ages for anyone to take our order at the restaurant. even basic cutlery was missing at breakfast.
