the location near the beach IS very clean. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the swimming pool is massive and clean. my room type Garden View Guest Room One King or Two Twin or Single Beds, was spacious.

the hotel has a private beach area. i found multiple swimming pools, one even had a slide. several restaurants provided variety.

the room i was assigned had a king bed instead of the two queen beds i requested (this was pretty inconvenient). the fruit platter was empty upon arrival, a noticeable oversight. i found mosquitoes in the room, a minor but irritating issue.

The hotel is right on the beach and blends nature with comfort. I woke up to the sound of waves. Breakfast had an excellent spread. All food groups were represented, and it included healthy options. Their service and staff across all properties are excellent.

The person in charge told me the drinks were on them while I waited for my room, but the drinks were billed to me. The rooms had a leaky wall issue when the AC was off. The only solution was to keep the AC on at all times. House cleaning was not up to par. The room had no towels, and the carpet was not clean.

fantastic service and great food!

excellent service italian restaurant responsive housekeeping

the service was really good from the start. kuldeep, javed, and sandesh at the pavilion restaurant took great care of us.. nothing was too much trouble. neha in the otimo italian restaurant provided excellent service too. housekeeping was responsive and excellent.
