the hotel helped us have the best trip ever. mridusmita helped us. riya was our butler, she was very kind. sonu and anand, the housekeeping team, surprised my son with nice things in the room. the rooms were clean. the pool always has the right temperature.

the restaurants service was slow, and some orders were wrong. we asked for jaggery many times, it never arrived. we asked them to leave the water bottle for us, but they dont. it was hard to get what we needed at dinner.

Fantastic Beach Getaway!

The breakfast buffet included a wide food selection. Sous Chef Rakesh Kumar is doing a great job. The staff members at the pool were nice. They made sure we always had towels. The staff also took care of everything near the pool area. Sangeetha hosted us a wonderful dinner at Chula. Ruksar took care of us so well there. I was pampered by the entire staff's hospitality and kindness .

Because of the monsoon rains I could not take full advantage of the resort activities. It was disappointing. I would have liked to experience more of what the resort has to offer.

The hotel grounds are spacious and accessible by buggies or walking. There is an amazing open garden space. A great walking path circles the entire hotel. It's well-facilitated with children's playgrounds, activities center, games room, and an Aqua sail club.
